RETURN & EXCHANGE
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
Any items purchased during the SALE period can be exchanged or credited onto a gift card within 14 days of purchase as long as the items meet our normal return/exchange policies (Swing tags attached, items have not been worn and are still in a resalable condition). Store credit can be used within 12 months.
Ruby n Chloe has a generous 30 day exchange or refund policy for Full price items and a 14 days exchange or credit note for SALE items. We will happily exchange, credit or refund your Ruby n Chloe goodies, providing the items meet our Terms and Conditions detailed below.
We accept all unworn, unwashed items re-sellable items with original tags still attached.
We offer a credit note or exchange for SALE items returned within 14 days of purchase.
No further markdowns can be applied to items purchased at a discount or during sale periods.
The following CANNOT be exchange, credit or refund:
Products that have been tried on in direct skin contact.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed items.
Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded by Ruby n Chloe once your order is sent. Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Government therefore it is the Government who would give a refund, if applicable. Countries tend to have some system refunding Duties and /or VAT but the customer needs to go through the appropriate government agency (usually Customs) and provide the requisite documents.
We gladly offer exchanges on all Full price & Sale unworn, unwashed, re-sellable items with original tags still attached, within 30 days of purchase (or 14 days for SALE items).
Please include the replacement style and size on the RETURN FORM in your parcel when you receive.
In stock exchanges will be sent within 1-2 business days of receipt of original order.
If the item is out of stock, our customer services will contact you to organise an alternative or a credit.

Your Returns Form is included in your parcel. If you have lost, email us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
All customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We speedily process all exchange, credit or refund the same day your parcel is received so look out for your email notification.
